Service Degradation - MyCE Mobile Application - Term Dates

MYCE Mobile Application (MyCE) – MySchools/Term Dates display issue

Please be advised that MyCE Mobile App has an issue with the Term 4 end date that displays for Schools (particularly affecting Secondary Schools).

The default date is displaying as 6 December 2024, instead of the dates displayed in Academic Year management in eMinerva. This is under investigation with the eMinerva and Mobile App Development Team.

Affected Components: Term Dates in MySchools Menu Option

It will not affect the performance of MyCE Mobile App, however the information display will not appear correct until it is rectified. This will impact Secondary schools and those schools with a finish date other than 6 December 2024.

We are currently investigating and will provide an update once a fix has been identified.
